Ramp with Only One Handrail

Ramps are required to have handrails all the way to the bottom and extending 12" beyond the point where the ramp ends and the grade becomes level. These handrails are required on both sides. When the ramp landing midway exists for a turn then the landing should accomodate a 5 foot turning radius. The distance requirement between the exit door and the handrail opposite it is dictated by the door layout requirements which show a specific area in multiple directions from the door. At the bottom of the handrail there should either be a curb or a horizontal member just above the ramp to avoid a wheel slipping out the bottom of the handrail. There are other items that cannot be observed by viewing. For instance, what is the strength of pulling required to open the door.
